What started as a humble practice of picking up trash grew into a rich collection of handwritten notes and eventually, this place-based zine.

FHIV showcases my curiousity and love of handwriting, as I see each note packed with information beyond just the written words. The content is specific to Vancouver, and moreso the areas that I would frequent the most over a 4 year span.

Essentially, it’s a bit of a time-capsule that uniquely offers glimpses into complete stranger’s inner lives.
